These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the FlowPe mobile application (the “App”), owned and operated by PAYTRONIX FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using FlowPe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You may use FlowPe in accordance with the laws applicable to you and your jurisdiction. If you are below the age required to independently agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction, you should use the App with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Use of the App

FlowPe is designed to help users manage personal expenses and financial records locally on their device.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not attempt to interfere with, modify, reverse engineer, or misuse the application.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Local Data Storage

FlowPe operates as an offline application. Any information you create within the App, including expenses, categories, accounts, notes, and preferences, is stored locally on your device.

We do not maintain copies of your data on our servers and do not have access to information stored within your local application storage.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your device and protecting access to your device. If you uninstall the App or clear application data, locally stored information may be permanently deleted.

4. Privacy

Your use of FlowPe is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how the App handles information stored on your device.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in FlowPe, including the application design, features, branding, logos, and related materials, are owned by PAYTRONIX FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on FlowPe without our prior written permission.

6. Disclaimers

FlowPe is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we aim to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that the App will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device.

FlowPe is a personal expense management tool and does not provide financial, investment, accounting, tax, or professional financial advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PAYTRONIX FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or data loss arising from the use of FlowPe.

Since FlowPe stores data locally on your device, you are responsible for protecting your device and maintaining any backups of important information.

8. Changes to the App and Terms

We may modify, update, or discontinue features of FlowPe from time to time. We may also update these Terms when necessary.

Continued use of FlowPe after changes are published indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, Delhi, India.
